Furna opened in 2014 in a former shipyard shed in Rotterdam. We took on the work larger makers turned down: odd dimensions, difficult rooms, single pieces. That constraint became the practice.

Twelve years later, the shed is still the shed. We build roughly forty pieces a year, all commissioned, all drawn from scratch, all signed and dated on the underside.
