Conversation

We start with the room, not the piece. Ceiling height, where the light lands in the afternoon, how many people actually sit down for dinner. Bring photos, floor plans, or nothing at all. This stage is free and usually takes an hour.

- At the studio or by video call

- No cost, no commitment

( Stage 02 )

Drawings

You get hand drawings at 1:10, a materials board, and a fixed price. Two rounds of revisions are included - most clients use one. Drawings cost โ‚ฌ250, credited in full against the piece if you go ahead, and yours to keep if you do not.

- 2 to 3 weeks

- โ‚ฌ250, credited on approval

The making

Timber is selected board by board, milled, and left to settle for a fortnight before any joint is cut. Then joinery, shaping, sanding to 400 grit, and four coats of oil rubbed in by hand. You get photographs at each milestone.

- 6 to 8 weeks

- 50% due at start

( Stage 01 )

Delivery

We bring the piece ourselves inside the Benelux, level it in place, and take the packaging away. Further afield, it goes crated and insured. Every piece arrives with a tin of finishing oil, care notes, and a signed card with the date it left the bench.

- Balance due on delivery

- Lifetime repair at cost
